The new driver and a new version of webcam application (below) seem to fix the issue. The correct files to download are: Acer Orbicam driver (Bison) Acer Orbicam Bison utility 1.0.0.13 These can be found here under the MS Windows Vista drop down menu: In order to fix the problem, you must download and install them both to make the Orbicam work correctly. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW IN THE SAME ORDER: 1. Remove the installed OrbiCam application and reboot if required; 2.

015 012To check everything is working OK run LiveCa07.exe or BisonM07.exe that are located in the c: windows bisonxxx folder or simply run Messenger. Orbicam I'm using a acer travelmate 3262mxmi, I bought this sometime january of this year. Everything was fine and the orbicam was working for the first couple of months, however I don't use it that much and I haven't tried this for more than 4 months. This morning I tried using the orbicam, however when I tried using it the problem 'camera is in use by another application' appeared.

I tried rebooting but the same problem occured, I also tried uninstalling the program but the same trouble ke There is a utility bar that you can install that lets you change the default application folder: 015 012 015 012. Note. When the My Pictures or Pictures folder gets full, camera will not work - Cut and Paste all pictures in that.
